  • EnerWisely accepts the User`s certification that he/she is an authorized member of the household and lives in the service address entered.
  • Meter numbers are non-public information. By providing a meter number that matches the service address entered, the User is certifying that he/she has the right to access the Smart Meter information for that given premise.
  • EnerWisely uses cookies to track and document the account registration details and to improve the overall user experience.
  • Registration to this site is voluntary and contingent on accepting the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

• EnerWisely uses your Smart Meter data to provide the personalized energy intelligence services provided in the EnerWisely portal that will help you better understand your energy consumption profile and optimize your energy usage.
• EnerWisely`s Personalized Energy Analytics uses your historical electricity data and the inputs you provide while using the application. Highly experienced data scientists and energy professionals develop our algorithms; however, the quality and accuracy of the analysis depends on the inputs provided. 
• Users are encouraged to provide the best possible inputs when using EnerWisely`s services to improve the accuracy of the analytics. Users can also return and make changes when changes occur to the inputs provided initially. This process recalculates and updates the analytics accordingly.
• EnerWisely offers multiple services, some of which require access to smart meters` historical electricity consumption data.
• If you select a service that requires the analysis of historical electricity data, with your authorization, we will create an account with Smart Meter Texas.
• The terms of your authorization are explicit and only understood as accepted when you read them and click the authorization box provided. 
• Without your authorization, EnerWisely is unable to access your energy data and to conduct your personalized analytics. 
• To provide our monitoring services, with your permission, we will also establish a Smart Meter Texas data agreement valid for 12 months. 

• Our calculation engine generates annualized  projections based on the last 12 months of energy consumption obtained from Smart Meter Texas for the given meter and service address. These 12 months of historical data are used to project the following 12 months and calculate annualized cost and environmental impact projections for all plans.
• Our calculations are based on published Energy Fact Labels from Retail Energy Providers and other charge indexes published by ERCOT on the day of the calculation. Any other charges or fees not explicit on the EFL from the REP are not considered in the calculation.
• Changes on those rates, either from the REP or ERCOT, may impact the actual costs of the plan.
• The annualized cost for Variable plans is using the energy charges published in the EFL which are subject to change without notice by the REP. Such changes on rates are not accounted by our calculation engine.
• We have tested our calculation engine against the actual billing charges from multiple providers and the average accuracy of our calculations For fixed rate plans is within +/- 2%.
  
• The cost projections for Wholesale Electricity plans are calculated using the last 12 month of wholesale settlement prices on 15 minute intervals as published by ERCOT (The Electric Reliability Council of Texas).
• EnerWisely doesn`t includes Taxes in its calculations at this point.

• Quantum New Energy, EnerWisely`s parent company, submits your electricity service request to the selected electricity provider once the user places the order for the electricity plan selected and the given service address.
• The actual electricity service order fulfillment is responsibility of the REP selected.
• Customer assumes the responsibility to contact the REP selected directly if he/she wishes to make changes to the requested service start date.
• We only share your information with the electricity or service providers selected by you for the purpose of fulfilling your service requests. With EnerWisely, you can control your data sharing and communication settings or close your account at any point.
• All personal information requested by the REP in order to verify and confirm your service order, particularly, DOB and SSN is only kept temporarily on our system, encrypted  and transmitted securely transmitted to the Retail Electricity Provider selected. Once the REP acknowledges reception of the order details, this information is deleted and not stored in our systems.

• EnerWisely offers multiple services, some of which require access to smart meters` historical electricity consumption data.
• If you select a service that requires the analysis of historical electricity data, with your authorization, we will create an account with Smart Meter Texas.
• The terms of your authorization are explicit and only understood as accepted when you read them and click the authorization box provided. 
• Without your authorization, EnerWisely is unable to access your energy data and to conduct your personalized analytics. 
• To provide our monitoring services, with your permission, we will also establish a Smart Meter Texas data agreement valid for 12 months. 
• We depend on Smart Meter Texas to set up your account and access your historical energy data. Smart Meter Texas response times vary and can go from minutes to hours. Once initiated, in most cases, the data download process takes less than five minutes. EnerWisely also offers the option  to request an email or a text when the data is ready.

• We only share your personal information with the electricity or service providers selected by you for the purpose of fulfilling your service request. With EnerWisely, you can control your data sharing and communication settings or close your account at any point.
• Quantum New Energy and EnerWisely will not share your individual meter data with any third parties.

• EnerWisely text services are offered for US cellphone numbers only. User is responsible for all applicable text message charges on users` end if applicable.
